The Nature in You – Reflections on Life, Leadership, and Landscape

The Nature in You brings nature’s wisdom to the center of the conversations we need now: about connection, responsibility, sustainability, and what it means to live and lead with presence.

The game creates a sensory and reflective space, where questions, silence, and dialogue open new perspectives – personal, collective, and systemic.

With the dialogue game The Nature in You, you are invited to:

  • bring regenerative thinking down to earth, into the soil

  • strengthen presence and embodied grounding in conversations

  • connect inner insights with outer transformations

The game is based on 7 regenerative principles and is especially well-suited for circles and communities that gather in curiosity and deep listening.

This is not a game with right answers – it is a game that opens what truly matters.

A dialogue game that sparks empathy, insight, and action

The game that invites nature in as a dialogue partner in the work with sustainability, wellbeing, and transformation. Through poetic questions and reflections, the game opens deeper understanding of how we – as individuals, organizations, and societies – can live in greater harmony with nature’s rhythms and regenerative principles.

It creates space for present conversations, new perspectives, and concrete impulses for action that strengthen the bond between humans and the more-than-human world. It is both a tool for personal insight and a collective practice for the sustainable communities of the future.

7 Principles – Rooted in Nature’s Intelligence

In nature, all life is woven into relationships – no part exists in isolation. When we work with regenerative practice, we must therefore listen to nature’s own intelligence. Not to copy it, but to collaborate with it. Nature shows us how life emerges, is nourished, transforms, and mutually supports itself within complex, dynamic systems.

The 7 regenerative principles have emerged as a synthesis of nature’s patterns, ecological thinking, and my many years of experience with regenerative leadership, systemic coaching, facilitation, and nature-based learning.

They are not a recipe, but an invitation: a way to train our attention, awaken our senses, and strengthen our capacity to act in a time when both people and systems long for something more life-giving.

Each principle carries a fundamental impulse from life itself – and can serve as a compass for reflection, transformation, and design.

How to Use the Dialogue Cards – The Nature in You

The game contains 35 questions across 7 principles – designed to spark reflection, presence, and meaningful conversation.

It is typically used in in-person workshops of 1–3 hours and facilitated with principles of psychological safety and a safe space.

Participants are invited to explore how nature connection, inner sustainability, and cultural diversity are expressed in their workplace – and how the organization can evolve in a more equitable and sustainable direction.

The game can be played in groups (4–16 people per set) or used individually – as reflection cards or “tarot-style cards,” where one question at a time opens insight and perspective.

Each set includes:

  • 35 question cards

  • Booklet, with facilitator guide

  • Notes sheets, printable
