My mission is to facilitate and inspire transformative change by promoting regenerative development and creating a sustainable future.
Regenerative Change Work – My Toolkit
I integrate design thinking, coaching, systems thinking, regenerative leadership, and creative methods to support transformative change. With a background in strategic design, I apply design and systems thinking to develop innovative, sustainable solutions. As a certified coach and facilitator, I guide individuals and teams in leadership development, team collaboration, and change processes.
Inspired by Theory U, I help organizations shift from reactive problem-solving to deep transformation through awareness and co-creation. The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework strengthens self-awareness, resilience, and collaborative intelligence—key skills for lasting change. Regenerative leadership integrates nature-inspired, systemic approaches, ensuring sustainable impact for people, businesses, and the planet.
Additionally, I use creative methods—such as storytelling, visual facilitation, and experiential learning—to unlock new perspectives, foster engagement, and make complex challenges more accessible and actionable.
Min design approach
Regenerative Design is an approach to designing systems or solutions that aim to work with or mimic natural ecosystem processes, restoring energy from less usable to more usable forms.
Regenerative design applies whole-systems thinking to create resilient and just systems that integrate societal needs with ecological integrity. It is an active area of discussion in engineering, landscape design, food systems, and community development, emphasizing sustainability beyond conservation—actively regenerating and revitalizing the environments and communities it serves.
Co-creation of Shared Solutions for Complex Challenges
I support businesses and public institutions in their climate efforts through regenerative innovation. By engaging colleagues, citizens, customers, and partners, organizations can significantly reduce emissions and drive meaningful change. I guide ambitious clients in identifying sustainable actions and implementing solutions based on stakeholder engagement, behavior, participation, and experimentation. My driving force is a deep commitment to sustainable solutions that benefit both people and the planet.
ACCELERATION FOR THE UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs)
My vision is to create a world where we strengthen our ability to come together and effectively tackle complex challenges. Let’s cultivate new connections, grow thriving communities, and plant the seeds for a stronger, more vibrant future within a regenerative paradigm—one that embraces both inner and outer sustainability.
Regenerative Leadership – Creating Value for People, Organizations, and Nature
I approach regenerative leadership as both a philosophy and a practice, inspired by nature’s logic and systems. It’s about creating more value than we take—for ourselves, our employees, our organizations, and the natural world.
I offer a regenerative approach that encourages us to see, think, and act differently—restoring our relationship with nature and working in collaboration with living systems rather than against them.
I believe in teams and collective effort, whether in leadership, support, product development, or IT. No one can solve everything alone—help is something we both ask for and give.
